3. Cookie Consent and Your Choices
When you first visit CurbBid, a banner notifies you that we use cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are on by default under our implied-consent model — consistent with applicable U.S. law — but you can turn either category off at any time:
Your choice is stored in your browser as curbbid_consent. Disabling a
category stops further tracking from that category and clears the related cookies on
your device.
4. California Residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA, the use of cookies that share information with third parties such as Meta for retargeting may constitute “sharing” of personal information. You may opt out at any time using the link in our footer or in above. Turning off the “Marketing & retargeting” category satisfies your right to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising on this site.
5. Third-Party Cookies on the App
Our marketing site (curbbid.com) uses the cookies described above. The CurbBid application at app.curbbid.com is a separate property and may set additional cookies for authentication, payment processing (Stripe), and Google OAuth sign-in. Those cookies are governed by the third party's own policies.

In addition to our consent controls, most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how this and other sites work.
