PROMISE 01

Stop letting landscape quotes go cold.

You quote a spring cleanup. The customer says “let me think.” Then nothing. You're on the next yard. That's $640, $2,200, $5,000 walking out the door. CurbBid texts them again the next day. Then in three days. Then in a week. Most landscapers pick up 3–5 extra jobs a month they would've lost.

  • Auto-sends at 1 day, 3 days, 7 days
  • You can edit any message before it goes out
  • Stops automatically when the customer replies

PROMISE 02

Stop chasing checks after the cut.

You wrapped the weekly mow yesterday. Invoice is still sitting there. You're texting the customer yourself, feeling weird about $85. CurbBid sends polite reminders by text until they pay. They tap a link and pay right from their phone. Money hits your account in two days.

  • Reminders go out automatically until paid
  • Customers pay by card or ACH from the text
  • Money lands in 1–2 business days

PROMISE 03

Turn paid yard jobs into 5-star reviews.

Every new customer Googles you before they call. But after a job, you're already on the next yard. You forget to ask. CurbBid asks for you. The text goes out after they pay. Most CurbBid landscapers get 4–8 new Google reviews a month without lifting a finger.

  • Sent automatically after payment
  • Goes straight to your Google Business Profile
  • Works on any phone, any browser

How it works

Three things happen automatically. You do nothing.

01

Send a quote.

Type the job, the price, hit send. The customer gets a text.

02

Send an invoice.

One tap turns the accepted quote into an invoice.

03

Get the review.

When they pay, the review request goes out automatically.

Most contractors start on Pro. Max saves money once your monthly processed volume crosses ~$60K.

Are there any contracts? +

No contracts. Month to month. Cancel anytime in the app.

What does the 1% fee apply to? +

Only payments your customers process through CurbBid. Cash and check stay outside the app — no fee. Max removes the 1% entirely.

Can I switch between plans? +

Anytime. Up or down, takes effect on your next billing cycle. We pro-rate fairly.

Our Promise

Built to return the value you pay for —
backed by guarantees that mean it.

The math we hold ourselves to: every dollar you spend on CurbBid should bring back at least three. That's the bar — extra jobs you would've lost, invoices that get paid in days instead of months, reviews that compound into new work. If after 30 days CurbBid hasn't done that, we refund every penny. No hoops. No "well, actually." Just email us.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks before signing up.

Recurring mowing — can I auto-send those invoices? +
Recurring invoices are coming. Today, we're great at one-and-done jobs (cleanups, installs, big projects). For weekly mow routes, you'll re-send each invoice yourself for now. Most landscapers still pay for CurbBid because of the install and project work.
I work seasonal — do I pay year-round? +
Yeah, but here's the thing: even in the slow months, the spring booking pipeline you build with CurbBid in fall pays for itself. Customers who got a follow-up text in November sign their spring contracts in February.
Who is CurbBid built for? +
Solo and small residential trade contractors — plumbers, electricians, HVAC, painters, landscapers, handymen, fence installers, pressure washers — typically doing $300K to $1M a year. If you're a one-truck operation or a 2–3 person crew, this is for you. If you're running a 50-tech shop, you probably want ServiceTitan instead.
How is CurbBid different from Jobber or Housecall Pro? +
Two big things. First, we're text-first — every quote, invoice, and review request goes out by SMS, which is how your customers actually want to hear from you. Second, every feature is included on every plan. Jobber and Housecall Pro lock the good stuff (automation, marketing tools) behind their highest tiers. We don't.
Is the free website really free? What about hosting? +
Yes — really free. We design and write the site, you approve it, we host it on our servers. No setup fee, no hosting fee, no monthly add-on. It comes with a quote-request form that drops leads straight into your CurbBid inbox in real time. The only cost is your CurbBid plan ($399/mo Pro or $999/mo Max).
Do I need to sign a contract? +
No. Month to month. Cancel anytime in the app. We don't do contracts and we don't do retention calls.
What does the 1% platform fee apply to? +
Only payments your customers process through CurbBid. If your customer pays you in cash or by check outside the app, you don't pay the fee. The Max plan removes it entirely if you process more than ~$60K/month.
How long does setup take? +
About 30 minutes. We'll get on the phone with you and walk through it if you want. You'll send your first quote the same day.
What if I don't have many customers yet? +
CurbBid works on day one with one quote. There's no minimum. As your customer list grows, the automation scales with you.
Does it work on iPhone and Android? +
Yes. Both. The app is built for phones first.
What's not included? +
CurbBid does not include inventory management right now. If you need to track parts, materials, or stock levels, that's not us — yet. We do every other piece of the job, from the first quote to the final review.
